Spurthi Alluri So here starts a new phase of life. I’ve bid adieu to GNITS and Hyderabad and here I am at San Jose, California, ready to pursue my masters in Computer Science at San Jose State University.
My initial thoughts are of staying away from family and friends, not waking up to my dog’s barks, not getting your weekly dose of biryani, and most of all, the anxiety of starting this whole new chapter. But these thoughts are surely masked by the excitement of studying here at San Jose State, learning under some great professors, befriending new people from various places – a complete experience of studying abroad.
I’m here to make the best out of this experience in all aspects, and looking forward to a great semester ahead. 🙂
